Ruidoso Middle School Launches Monthly Field Day

Ruidoso Middle School recently introduced a monthly Field Day to build school spirit and encourage teamwork. The first event featured obstacle courses, games, and relays, with the 8th grade class earning the first Spirit Stick victory.

Principal Anthony Bastine said the goal is to make school both enjoyable and engaging for students and staff. In addition to Field Day, Bastine hosts weekly "Name That Tune" challenges that bring students and teachers together through music and trivia.

These new traditions are helping create a fun, positive school culture at RMS.
