Welcome!


Our schools become more dependent upon technology with each passing day. Due to the overwhelming amount of time and energy that it takes to maintain our growing technology infrastructure, the Technology Department has asked that the district implement and enforce new “Help Desk” procedures for the reporting of technology related issues. This will allow the Technology Department to work more efficiently, and to maximize the limited time and resources that it has to work with.

Faculty & Staff
Faculty and staff members, please use the convenient Online form to submit your technical issue to the designated facilitator for your area.

Facilitators
Log into the help desk application to report new technical issues to the Technology Department, check the status of existing issues, or to edit an existing issue.

Technicians
Log into the help desk application to view new technical issues, or update the status of existing issues.
