Ruidoso Board of Education

Ms. Susan Lutterman
President

Susan has been a member of the Ruidoso Board of Education since 1991. She graduated from Ruidoso High School in 1974. Susan has been employed with the First National Bank of Ruidoso for the last 17 years, and is currently the Assistant Vice President of Operations. She has been married to Tom for 31 years. They have three children that graduated from Ruidoso High School, and a grandson currently enrolled at White Mountain Elementary.

Mr. Frank Sayner
Vice President

Frank has served as a member of the Ruidoso School Board since the election of 1999.  Prior to being the Board President for the last four (4) years, he served as the Board Secretary. Frank was born in San Angelo, Texas, but has lived in New Mexico since high school and college.  Frank received an MBA from Eastern New Mexico University with an early career in Banking followed by owning High Country Insurance Agency for 30 years.  Frank and his wife Beth have two children -- Amy and Robert. Both children attended Ruidoso schools K-12. Their daughter Amy is a local pharmacist, and their son Robert lives in Dallas and China.  Frank's hobbies include work, golf and community service.

Ms. Rhonda Vincent
Secretary

Rhonda Vincent is a home town Ruidoso girl. She graduated from RHS in 1989 and attended Lubbock Christian University until the spring of 1992. At that time, Rhonda returned home to become the wife of Harlan Vincent. They have two beautiful children who attend Ruidoso schools. The Vincents own Lazy Days RV Park and they are members of Gateway Church of Christ.

Rhonda was elected to the Board in February 2007 and is currently enrolled in ENMU-Ruidoso as an Elementary Education Major.

Ms. Kerry Gladden Eastep
Member

Kerry is a product of the Ruidoso school system where she started kindergarten and graduated from Ruidoso High School. She has a BA in Journalism and a BA in Political Science from the University of Southern California, and she owns her own marketing communications firm. Married to Alan Eastep, she has a son who attends White Mountain Elementary.
