Ms. Devin Marshall
President
New Mexico is a very special place to me because it is part of who I am.
I was raised in Central New Mexico, graduated from high school in Belen and continued my
education at the University of New Mexico where I obtained my Bachelor's Degree in Political Science.
I am married to John Marshall the Pastor of Calvary Chapel Ruidoso.
I have five amazing children, Micaiah and Brittney who are both graduates of Ruidoso High School.
My boys are: Daniel a freshman at Ruidoso High School, Joey a seventh grader at Ruidoso Middle School
and David a fourth grader at Sierra Blanca Christian Academy.
I got my NM Real Estate License in 1984 just after graduating from the University of New Mexico and
went into business with my family in Albuquerque until we moved to Ruidoso in 1998.
After moving here I set up my office with Century 21 Aspen Real Estate and am still actively selling
and leasing property here.
I love being a mom, pastor's wife and real estate professional in our community.
My greatest joy, however, is encouraging the children of this community. Each one
has such great potential, each child has such value, incredible gifts,
talents and abilities. I count it my great honor and privilege to serve the children and families in
this beautiful mountain community of Ruidoso.

Mr. Cecil Davis
Member
Many of you know me, Cecil Davis, from officiating your kid’s games, the Post Office or possibly through my position as President of the Community Warehouse Board.
I am married to my lovely wife Mary and together we have an 8th grade daughter, Sierra. I have lived in Ruidoso more than 19 years. Previously, I owned several restaurants in Texas and wanted to bring one to Ruidoso. During the years of running the diner, I made contact and forged relationships with many of Ruidoso’s youth. Because of my extensive sports background, the kids kept telling me that I should get out of the kitchen and onto the field. So about nine years ago I did. I have officiated softball, baseball, football, and basketball throughout Lincoln County.
In everything I do, God comes first. I firmly believe that God put me here for a purpose and feel that it is for my ability to relate to children. It is that calling that leads me to serve on the Ruidoso School Board.
As mentioned previously, I am also currently serving as the President of the Community Warehouse Board and that has given me a unique insight into what issues plague our children today. It really is all about our children! I have an open door policy, if you have an issue you feel needs to be brought to light, please feel free to come and talk to me!
